Shipping Policy

We deliver orders throughout Bangalore within the selected delivery slots. All deliveries are handled by our delivery personnel to ensure safe and timely arrival of your products.

Customers can choose their preferred delivery slot at the time of checkout. Orders will be delivered within the confirmed slot, subject to availability and operational conditions. In case of unforeseen delays, customers will be informed in advance.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order during the selected delivery slot. Failed deliveries due to unavailability may be rescheduled based on slot availability.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns only in cases where the product is damaged at the time of delivery. Customers are required to report any damaged items within 24 hours of receipt by contacting our customer support team with clear photos or videos of the damaged product and its packaging.

Once the damage is verified, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, as applicable. Products reported after the specified time frame or without valid proof of damage will not be eligible for return.

Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, taste preference, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
